A highlight of Niagara’s renowned Icewine Festival, this unforgettable all-inclusive evening will dazzle guests with premium Icewine pours from Niagara’s top wineries, onsite mixologists preparing craft Icewine cocktails and mocktails, local culinary delights from some of the region’s best restaurants, a live orchestra and DJ, dancing and immersive performances.
“We are pleased to once again host the Cool as Ice Gala, as part of our ongoing partnership with the Niagara Icewine Festival to offer this incredibly unique experience that showcases Niagara’s world-renowned Icewines, alongside top local restaurants, all taking place at an unforgettable venue – the Niagara Parks Power Station.”
April Jeffs, Chair of Niagara Parks
Guests will enjoy after-hours access to one of Niagara’s most buzzed-about new attractions, including the glass-enclosed elevator that brings guests 180 feet to the Tunnel, the original tailrace tunnel built in 1905 that leads to an all-new viewing platform at the base of the Falls. The grand generator hall floor of the historic power station will be transformed into the ultimate event venue, complete with gourmet food and wine stations and photo backdrops around every corner.
The Cool As Ice Gala features 25 participating VQA wineries from Niagara-on-the-Lake to the Niagara Benchlands, culinary partners including Dispatch Restaurant, Bolete, Tide & Vine Oyster House, Niagara Parks Culinary and more, as well as a spectacular Icewine Cocktail Bar. Sample some of Niagara’s finest Icewines, sparkling and table wines, as well as Icewine cocktails, paired with gourmet delights prepared by Niagara chefs and crafted to enhance the wine’s natural flavour profile.
